- Declaration of substantial share acquisition, FormPipe Software AB (publ)
As of 13 March 2009, Svenska Mezzaninkapital AB (company reg. no. 556337-6200) has increased its stake in FormPipe Software AB (publ) by 150,225 shares – listed on First North (FPIP) – and has thus further reinforced its position as the largest shareholder in the company.
Following the purchase, Svenska Mezzaninkapital’s total shareholding amounts to 1,573,637 shares, corresponding to 13,4 per cent of the share capital and votes in the company.
Svenska Mezzaninkapital AB is owned and run by Hans Möller, Jan Söderberg and Johan Hernmarck.
