Year-end statement for January–December 2008, FormPipe Software AB (publ)

2008 was a good year for FormPipe Software, and the year ended with the company’s best ever fourth quarter. Healthy new sales of licences for Platina, LaserNet and W3D3 in the fourth quarter contributed to the strong operating profit.

The period 1 January–31 December 2008

• Net turnover totalled SEK 105.9 million (SEK 67.6 million) – a rise of 57%
• Operating profits amounted to SEK 26.1 million (SEK 13.5 million), with an operating margin of 26.1% (20.8%)
• Earnings per share totalled SEK 1.81 (SEK 0.99)
• Profits after tax amounted to SEK 18.9 million (SEK 9.0 million)
• Cash flow from current operations totalled SEK 21.4 million (SEK 13.5 million)
• Licence and maintenance revenue amounted to SEK 71.6 million (SEK 43.1 million) – an increase of 66%

The period 1 October–31 December 2008

• Net turnover totalled SEK 37.7 million (SEK 24.3 million) – a rise of 56%
• Operating profits amounted to SEK 10.4 million (SEK 8.1 million), with an operating margin of 29.0% (34.6%)
• Earnings per share totalled SEK 0.68 (SEK 0.53)
• Profits after tax amounted to SEK 8.0 million (SEK 5.2 million)
• Cash flow from current operations totalled SEK 12.8 million (SEK 9.1 million)
• Licence and maintenance revenue amounted to SEK 25.4 million (SEK 15.7 million) – an increase of 62%
