Interim report for January–September 2008, FormPipe Software AB (publ)

The third quarter of 2008 was a good quarter for FormPipe Software. In addition to relatively good sales in what it traditionally the weakest quarter of the year, the company completed an acquisition with great potential.

THE PERIOD 1 JANUARY–30 SEPTEMBER 2008

• Net turnover totalled SEK 68.2 million (SEK 43.4 million) – a rise of 57%
• Operating profits amounted to SEK 15.7 million (SEK 5.3 million), with an operating margin of 24.5% (12.7%)
• Earnings per share totalled SEK 1.09 (SEK 0.42)
• Profits after tax amounted to SEK 10.9 million (SEK 3.7 million)
• Cash flow from current operations totalled SEK 11.6 million (SEK 4.3 million)
• Licence and maintenance revenue amounted to SEK 45.0 million (SEK 27.1 million) – an increase of 66 %

THE PERIOD 1 JULY–30 SEPTEMBER 2008

• Net turnover totalled SEK 19.6 million (SEK 13.3 million) – a rise of 47%
• Operating profits amounted to SEK 2.0 million (SEK 1.7 million), with an operating margin of 10.6% (13.5%)
• Earnings per share totalled SEK 0.09 (SEK 0.16)
• Profits after tax amounted to SEK 1.0 million (SEK 1.4 million)
• Cash flow from current operations totalled SEK -2.9 million (SEK 0.9 million)
• Licence and maintenance revenue amounted to SEK 14.4 million (SEK 9.4 million) – an increase of 52 %
