Interim report for January-March 2009 FormPipe Software AB (publ)
FormPipe Software is active on a market that has not, as yet, been significantly affected by the difficult market conditions. At present, we cannot see any clear signs of stagnation in demand for our products. This is reflected in the figures for the first three months of the year, which show good new sales, healthy profits and a strong cash flow.
In accordance with our stated strategy, sales and delivery are increasingly carried out through our network of partners, which results in a much higher share of licence and maintenance revenue. For the period in question, this accounted for 75 per cent of turnover.
THE PERIOD 1 JANUARY-31 MARCH 2009
- Net turnover totalled SEK 31.9 million (SEK 24.0 million) – a rise of 33%
- Operating profits amounted to SEK 6.7 million (SEK 7.1 million), with an operating margin of 22.0% (31.9%)
- Earnings per share totalled SEK 0.43 (SEK 0.56)
- Profits after tax amounted to SEK 5.1 million (SEK 5.5 million)
- Cash flow from current operations totalled SEK 11.1 million (SEK 0.7 million)
- Licence and maintenance revenue amounted to SEK 23.0 million (SEK 14.9 million) – an increase of 54%
