Election committee
The work of the election committee is to be distinguished by openness and discussion so as to produce a well-balanced Board of Directors.
The election committee nominates members to the Board of Directors of FormPipe Software for the coming mandate period. The nominees are then put to the General Meeting. The election committee also provides proposals for the remuneration of the Board of Directors and the auditors and, where appropriate, for the selection of auditors.

In accordance with a decision taken at the 2009 Annual General Meeting in FormPipe Software AB, an election committee has been established. Prior to the 2010 Annual General Meeting, the election committee consists of:

Anders Terp, employee of FormPipe Danmark and former owner of, by FormPipe acquired, EFS Technology A/S. 450 056 shares
- Anders Roslund, analyst at Ålandsbanken. Former member of the board at EBI Systems (acquired by FormPipe). 156 312 shares.
- Fredrik Stark, entrepreneur. Represents AB Wallinder & Co 331 658 shares and himself 50 000 shares, in total 381 658 shares.
- Hans Möller, chairman of the board at FormPipe. Represents Svenska Mezzanin Kapital AB. 1 573 637 shares.
