In order to reach our goals, we have established a number of strategies that are to form the basis for the work of the entire group.
Product and sales strategy
FormPipe Software’s product strategy is continuously to supply the best products in the field of ECM. Through high quality and stability, the products are rapidly to generate cost and efficiency benefits for customers. Product development is self-perpetuating and customer-adapted, in the sense that it is based firmly on customers’ existing and future requirements. Sales, implementation and distribution of the products are primarily to be carried out through the FormPipe network of certified partners.
Growth strategy
Growth is to be achieved organically through increased sales on existing and new markets, and through acquisitions of competing and/or supplementary companies. Healthy international expansion will also be used to achieve future growth targets.
Acquisition strategy
FormPipe Software is to grow both organically and through acquisitions. FormPipe Software prioritises acquisitions of companies that have a range of products that either competes with or supplements the FormPipe Software range in the field of ECM.
