FormPipe Software is to be the leading developer of ECM products for the Nordic ECM market in the short term and, in accordance with our vision, the leader on the European market in the long term. The primary goal of FormPipe Software is focus on the development of ECM products for secure document and case management, and for incoming and outgoing data management. The ECM products are to be at the cutting edge from the perspectives of technology and user-friendliness, and thus lead to improved satisfaction and higher loyalty through greater added value for customers.
Financial goals
FormPipe Software is to achieve growth that exceeds the market average for ECM products. This growth is to be achieved with retention of good profitability.
Organisational goals
FormPipe Software is to be an appreciated workplace with good organisational cohesion and well-functioning control processes.
Goal achievement
In recent years, FormPipe Software has further reinforced its market-leading position in the field of ECM Products for the public sector. The company is growing with healthy profitability. At the same time, the organisation is well harmonised and in 2008, the internal control processes were thoroughly reviewed in accordance with the provisions laid down in the “Swedish code for corporate governance”.
